Please read a manual on the web site:

The manual is for BitVisor 1.1, but installation procedure for
BitVisor 1.4 is basically the same as BitVisor 1.1 if UEFI is not
used.  Installation procedure for UEFI environment which has been
supported since BitVisor 1.4 is not yet documented.

The latest code repository is available at
https://bitbucket.org/bitvisor/bitvisor.  After version 1.4,
configuration format for pass-through drivers has been considerably
changed, but it is not yet documented.  Old configuration format is
still supported for compatibility.
